With the Yowza!! Affiliate Program, you can earn money by signing up local businesses. Simply give them your affiliate link which takes them to our merchant signup page. When they sign up, you get a commission!

Getting Started

With the Yowza!! Affiliate Program, you'll earn 25% commission on any merchant or retailer you refer, for the first year of their account.

Signing up is easy, simply register as a Yowza!! affiliate. Once registered, you'll be given a unique link which you can use to refer merchants to Yowza!!.

Tracking

Your Affiliate link is used to track website visitors so that you get commission when someone signs up for an account. The link sets a cookie in a visitor's browser, then redirects them to the Yowza!! merchant sales page. In order to receive commission for a customer, they will need cookies enabled within their browser at the time that they click on the link. The cookie will be stored on the visitor's computer for up to 30 days, and you will receive credit for that customer as long as they sign up using the same browser.

Payments

All payments will be sent via PayPal or EFT to your bank account. We will issue payment to Affiliates only after a minimum of US$100 is due. If the minimum is not met in time for a given payment cycle, the balance will carry over to the following month. Payments less than US$100 will not be issued. Commissions are subject to forfeiture if Affiliate becomes inactive, as evidenced by not receiving any click through activity or commissions for a period of twelve (12) months.

Payments for any given month are issued within fifteen (15) business days of the end of that month. You must be an authorized Affiliate for sixty (60) days before you are eligible to receive any payment.

Affiliate Program Terms

  • As Yowza!! is currently offered only in the United States, you must be United States citizen.
  • You must be 18 years of age to sign up for the Yowza!! Affiliate program.
  • You may not link to the Yowza!! website from any Obscenity or Hate websites.
  • SPAM is strictly prohibited. Any email messages sent containing an Affiliate link must fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Affiliate payments for any given month are issued within fifteen (15) business days of the end of that month.
  • Affiliate payments are issued to Affiliates with a balance of at least US$100.
  • All payments are sent via EFT or PayPal. Affiliates must provide bank account information or a PayPal address to receive payment.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your information current with Yowza!! in the event of a change of email address or bank account information.
  • You must be an authorized Affiliate for sixty (60) days before you are eligible to receive any payment.
  • Affiliates that are United States citizens who earn more than US$600 in a single year must submit IRS Form W-9 before receiving any additional payment.
  • Referrals must have cookies enabled on their browsers. Affiliate cookies expire after 30 days.
  • Affiliates only earn commission on Referrals whose accounts are less than one year old.
  • If a Referral signs up with a coupon or promo code, Affiliates will be paid a commission on the discounted rate.
  • No commissions will be paid on businesses that are rejected due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Offer Guidelines.
  • In the event that a Referral cancels an account and receives a refund, any commissions earned on the amount refunded will be revoked.
  • Affiliates are limited to only one Affiliate account.
  • Yowza!! reserves the right to cancel the Affiliate program at any time. In addition, we also reserve the right to revoke any individual affiliate account at any time.
  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

With each link or email you display on Yowza!!'s behalf, you expressly agree to abide by the Affiliate Agreement that is in full force and effect at that date and time. Failure to abide by these terms will result in immediate termination of your Affiliate account and a complete forfeit of any commissions earned.
